The Addison Lake Bryan is proud to be a pet friendly luxury apartment community that allows large dogs and has no size limits. We offer an ideal location in the Orlando area for easy access to shopping and a comfortable place for you to call home. As an Orlando luxury apartment community without pet restrictions, you and your pet will be happy to become part of our wonderful pet friendly community where we have a pet walk, pet stations and a pet washing station with professional blow dryers for your pet. You’ll instantly feel a connection with all of our happy pet owners as you enjoy the outdoor areas with other pets. As an Orlando luxury apartment community without pet restrictions, The Addison Lake Bryan has no weight limit.
- $300 pet fee per pet. Special! $150 pet fees!
- $20 monthly pet rent per pet.
- Breed restrictions apply (see below PDF) Two pet limit.
- No exotic birds or reptiles are permitted.
- Dogs weighing 50 lbs. or more must reside on 1st floor. Weight must be determined by full grown, adult weight.
